Thanks guys. The way I look at it...You are all just pitching in so I can have a cool 42 gallon conical! I'd send everyone a few bottles from the batch when I win it....

Mead By Volume?
2 @ 5 gallon buckets full of honey,
1 @ 5 gallon Bucket of Yeast.
1/2 @ 5 gallon Bucket of Nutrient / Energizer.
24 1/2 gallons of water.
Forget the fruit....
We'll see how that colona corker works on 212 bottles!
LOL...I just might give that a go!

Oh yeah, definitely in. I have no idea how I would go about filling it, but fill it I would. No way would I sell it.

I'm thinking of a place for Blended Sour Beer! Make a 20 gallon batch to start with, add 5 gallons per year for the first 3 years, then bottle 10 gallons...add 10 gallons. Can you imagine what you'd have in 20 or so years?
OH...And just think of the vertical tastings you would be able to do!

Two questions:
1. Is this open to Canadian HBT members?
2. How many EZ Cap bottles will that sucker fill?
Cheers

you guys should just give it to me for my birthday, october 20th...
Just curious what is the dimension of a 42 gallon fermentor. I'm invisioning something the size of a 50 gallon oil barrel.
man I would get in trouble with the swmbo for that. The bad thing about winning is you can only use it 4 -5 times a year.
