42g Fermenator Raffle for HBT members
|
|
I was thinking about having a raffle for a 42 gallon Blichmann conical Ferminator for HBT members.
How should I go about this?
Are you guys interested?
Let me know what you think.

I was thinking of 130 $10 tickets or 65 $20 tickets.

What were you thinking of charging for a ticket? Sounds fun.

Here is a concept.
Buy a roll of tickets. Sell them online for whatever you decide for a price per ticket. As they are sold, the numbers of the tickets are recorded and emailed back to the HBT member and their name is written on the back of the ticket.
On the day of the drawing, I will be glad to come in, set up a video camera to record the event and post it on Youtube as well as be an official HBT Observer of the raffle.
I will not be eligible to win though.
Just an idea.

I love this idea, I think you could count me in on a few tickets.

Ed, I was going to keep it to the HBT members because if I announced it to the world it would sell out faster than a Paul McCartney concert.
I can announce it to the world though.

I think this idea is totally awesome!!!! I don't think I could use a 42g but I like the idea. Maybe this could be a monthly thing... if it isn't too much work.
I think Ed's idea is good also.
EDIT: I think Ed was talking about only selling them to HBTers

Though I wouldn't know what do to with a 42g fermenter, I think I'd like the opportunity to find out!
