Very tempting - any further details available on this one? Thickness? Is the bottom solid stainless, or a layered "sandwich" of metals?

Guys - this is the "economy" line. It's lighter weight stainless steel. The bottom is a single layer. It's a basic, get 'er done model.
If you want heavy duty, triclad bottom, brick Sh*t house version, we sell that for $105 on our website.
Thanks for thinking about us!

I use a basic pot now that I got when I first starting brewing. It's not fancy but it works fine, except for the fact it's only 5 gallons and my wife gets pissed when I spill wort on the stove. This sounds like the one I have, just bigger. Count me in.

This is perfect size for a BIAB pot, if any of you extract brewers are thinking of getting into all-grain brewing. The 5 gallon paint strainer bags they sell at home depot drape the bag about 3 inches above the bottom of my 44qt pot, so these 42 quart pots would be very similar.
