Are these expandable without buying another manifold? We are expanding slowly and I'm looking for the most cost effective way to grow my system.

You can connect two of these manifolds together by removing the plug.

Since it looks like these are threaded ball-locks with the swivel nuts included, it shouldn't matter. If you already have lines made up you should be able to just install them.

i'm looking to order the manifold from them with the 5/16 barbs, and want to know if the 5/16 red gas line will be able to be used with these disconnects.

Since the ball-locks are threaded, it doesn't matter.
Although a bit of info from KegCowboy would help...
Personally, if you have any doubt, I would just get threaded ball-lock disconnects and then make sure you use the correct size swivel nuts. That's what I'm doing here. I am using the red 5/16" gas tubing for my system. I have some 5/16" swivel nuts right in front of me, and the gas side looks like that's what it has on it. The beer side could be either 1/4" or 3/16".

the disconnects they are selling come with swivel nuts...so i'm trying to figure out what size barbs are on their swivel nuts...would be nice if they put this in the info section on their site.
