Thanks for the feedback - I will definitely take into consideration and I believe I have a source that will make them for us. Please excuse the delay but we are bringing 100+ ingredients online this week and everyone is consumed with the numerous tasks associated with that. Will respond as soon as able.- Jeff

Still have not been able to address your question, but have not forgotten about you. The new Houston homebrew shop is taking a little more time to get all the ingredients up on the website ......not to mention word got out that it is open so we have been baraged with foot-traffic customers so we like to have that kind of problem, but taking a little longer.

I'm getting close to having to order hardware. Have the fridge and I'm trying to piece together the setup.

I have to tap the front of the fridge like most people do I guess. Problem is that butter thingy over on the side. I have to stagger the taps - need 4 of them. Two offset to one side, two to the other, which is why a two faucet tap/drip is appealing to me.

The other option is to run just taps and stand alone trays. I like the one-piece tray/tap setup though.
