Just got my order , 2 recipes and I found a bag of toasted oak chips in there, dont know if that was intentional or not. Ed kinda promised me it would go out on monday and didnt, so who knows. Thanks Ed! The grain crush that everyone has been talkn bout is awesome.

It shipped on Wednesday and got here today. That's 1 day longer than AHS, but I save on taxes for some items. I guess AHS and Brewmaster's are now my top vendors.

I just want to add in my support for Ed and Brewmaster's Warehouse.

I placed an order on Sunday and it was delivered today, Saturday before 10 AM. Three boxes with a total shipping weight of roughly 130 lbs. Shipped from GA to CO. For $6.99 shipping fees

I order specialty grains from Ed because he has a great selection and impeccable service. I WILL continue to do business with him and I urge others to do so.

High response coupled with a manufacturers delay (monster mill) and fedex taking their sweet time means I don't see my stuff till the 30th. Good thing I wasn't planning on brewing this weekend or next!

Not at all a bash on BMW - first order but the comments here show me that in no way is this a typical experience. I got a great deal and will order again.

Got my order last week, and very happy. Everything was packaged great (and labeled with the recipe names, etc). Was a slight mixup / one small item missing, but Ed responded very quickly and straightened it out, so another win on customer service.

Great stuff. Will be ordering from them frequently in the future!
