I would like to start having everyone I do business with call Ed to understand what customer service is supposed to be like. (Ed - can you re-train my insurance company, phone company, DMV, IRS, Home Depot, ...?)

I had a tiny issue with a label falling off of a fermcap bottle during shipment (no big deal at all) and Ed was thoughtful enough to put a brand new label into my next shipment. He also does a great job of calling if there are any delays or issues. (The fly in the ointment is the fact that my wife forgets to give me his messages.)

Edit: still doesn't work; if they meant to post that it doesn't start until October 17th (October 16th at midnight + 1 second), then that would make sense, otherwise this doesn't seem to be working yet.

Edit: Edit: It is now working. Sorry about that I must of had too much to drink last night, I do not even remember posting about this sale.

In all seriousness sorry about that fellas, it would help when I put in the times for the sale that I pay attention to the month and not just the days.
