Even with shipping costs it was an outstanding value and I got the package in something like two days. Very fast Service.

Thanks! I will keep an eye out on your sight for future purchases I can't get at my LHBS.
Cool! Thanks for the order and the feedback. The Citra this year is outstanding...I can't wait to brew with it myself. Holidays and moving really eats into my brewing time

Cheers!

Thanks for the order Sorry there was no Galaxy left. We won't be getting any more until next harvest.

No problem. I have enough hops to last me a year or two. We just moved to O'Fallon in August of last year. It's ok. Would love to find some more brewers on the IL side of the river to converse with.

Brad, what's the scoop with White Labs and Wyeast yeast? I noticed your website only has a few Wyeast yeast strains, but it seems you have future links for White Labs. I can almost get a complete brew order through you, but not without the yeast I need (WLP006 - Bedford English Ale). Any chance we'll soon be able to order yeast through you? Or am I just doing something wrong...

Nope, you're not doing anything wrong. It is as simple as supply and demand. I haven't had enough demand to justify carrying the full line of both White Labs and Wyeast. In the past, I have eaten too many vials of White Labs to make it worth the time and money of keeping it stocked. Also, locally, probably 90% of my customers prefer Wyeast and of those, probably 90% are using either 1056 and/or 1968. In the future if I think there is enough demand to justify carrying a full collection of both WL and Wy, I would be happy to carry them. In the meantime, I would be more than happy to special order any of the yeasts for you...it would just be a week or two before we get it depending on the order cycle.

Cheers and thanks for the inquiry!

Brad

Thank YOU! It seems like there was a burst of orders from Texas a couple of weeks ago.

Cheers!

Any chance you might start carrying whole leaf hops?
