Fresh off the boat and ready for your beer. If you haven't brewed with Nelson Sauvin yet, it is a wonder hop from New Zealand that tore up the craft beer scene last year. It's popularity spurned by such Craft Commercial favorites as Widmer Brothers Drifter Pale Ale, Karl Strauss Big Barrel Double IPA, Brewdog Punk IPA, Widmers Deadlift Imperial IPA, Mikkeller Single Hop Nelson Sauvin IPA, and the list goes on. You get the picture.
If you haven't tried it, grab some now before all the people who have tried it buy it all up.
