It looks like its still letting us add kegs to our cart even though they are backordered. Are they definitely backordered?

So...why dont you go to your LHBS then? Do you expect the vendor to pay for your shipping? What a dumb a$$

Stuff costs money to ship. I work at a small business that ships mostly via UPS. If I ship you a 1lb package from PA to AZ, its going to cost about $8.00. Based on the size of a corny, it could even qualify as oversized which adds money, shipping to a residence as opposed to a commercial address is substantially more money as well. I doubt that keggle brewing is making much if any on the shipping for these kegs. I think people get spoiled by all these big online companies and there free and flate rate shipping....end of rant. I've ordered cornies from keggle brewing before and they came looking great. Not to mention that the same day that they posted these kegs, I bought a dirty, non-reconditioned keg at my LHBS for $50+ tax, doesn't bother me that much because I like to support the local guy.

I know there was probably a big rush of orders when this was first advertised. Has anyone that ordered on Tuesday (or later) heard anything about their order? I'm thinking I might have added these to my cart and paid for them after they had already shown up as "backordered". Any idea if you'll get more of them soon?

I was kind of wondering the same thing. I ordered on tuesday and only got the automatic confirmation email so far. But my credit card was charged today, so I assume I'll be getting a shipping email soon.
