Worst part of this is I bought the Enkidu Winter Ale on Monday. Owell, it will still be great stuff.

I made this one and have yet to have someone not like it. I will make this one again in the future. The spices are very prominent in the beginning but after a couple of weeks they mellowed out.

Any batch with a lot of spices (hops are a spice too) will need extra aging time.
