Sweet I was just looking at these!
What diameter would you recommend for the 1/2" 50ft tubing with a kettle 18"x18"? I was thinking the 14" diameter but was wondering how far out the 90* bends stick out from the tubing.

It depends on your bulkhead fittings. The ends usually add about 2" minimum to the OD of the coil.

I was planning on a 1/2" compression x 1/2" FPT onto a 1/2" nipple through the kettle wall. Maybe I'll just get the 12.5" dia to play it safe.

Is the pre-made chiller part of the discount deal?

I'm sorry but the sale does not include the chillers. One way around that though is to order a custom coil with 4 additional bends and we'll make an immersion chiller to your design. It only comes out to about $5 more than if it was a pre-made immersion chiller with the discount.

What is recommended diameter (1/2"x50') for keggle using your bulkhead fittings?

You can do 12-1/2" but it's really snug. I'd go with a 10" personally.

Is the deal live yet or is it a coupon code? I'm not seeing the 15 off with 50ft of 1/2" in my cart...

Prices are adjusted just not showing the previous price. I might have to make separate categories for each size in the future for promotions like this. I would be able to show a "Sale" tag then.
