As you add more, will you be taking these 5 varieties off? I'd love to stock up on about 6 or 7 different types as you add more, but I'd really like them all to ship at once.

Are these 2012 harvest hops?

I'd assume not. The 2012 hops are just coming on line, with most being available in the upcoming months. The website says 2011
