Default Yeast Starter

I made a steerer last week intending to use but, things came up and was unable too. I took a sanitized mason jar and placed it in the refrigerator. Is it still good?

Yes but if you have a few days before brewing I'd get it started again just to wake it up again. If you don't have the time, it should be perfectly fine

As long as you need but it will loose about 5% of viability per week.
So if you intend to keep it in fridge for a while it would be wise to make starter to wake them up.
