Doing a mini-mash this weekend. Shiner Bock clone from austin homebrew.
They give me three options for yeast. Which should I use/order?
S-23 dry lager yeast
German Bock WLP833
Wyeast Munich Lager 2308

My vote is for the WLP833...
833 as long as you're comfortable making a starter. S-23 if not (altho I like W-34/70 better)
