Default Yeast Raft? Please tell me this is normal..

Finally got a better look at my beer when racking and noticed this floating on top. Smells fine, tastes great.

But should I be worried??

ok cool.

This is a black IPA. im more excited about this beer than any of my previous ones because I'm finally getting my AG process down. Made a starter for this beer and everything. Fermentation was going crazy 6 hours after pitching!

I had a recent fermentation looked like this after 17 days and had a similar but far nastier look to it and you know what... I am drinking it now and have yet to go blind or throw up... so
