I've had krausens stay for three weeks, even when the gravity reading shows the beer is at terminal gravity.

Yeah, listen to Revvy. Sometimes krausen just sticks around a little. I've definitely had to rack around it a few times.

I racked my porter out from under the krausen, No problem at all.
