Default Yeast fuel?
I got this pill of yeast fuel with my AHB recipe, do I add this into the wort while it's boiling?

I put it in the last 10 to 15 min. It takes about that long for it to disolve. Good stuff to use!

I don't think they say what it is, but likely it's sugar and maybe a little something else. I've never had a problem not using it, in fact I never have.
