Default Yeast floaties?

This is my fifth batch of brew. It's one of those 15L bags of wort that you don't boil, and just add 8L of water to.

It's been in the secondary for 10 days now, and these little floaties just keep rising and falling. They've been there for at least 4 days.

Are they just clumps of yeast? Will they eventually settle out at the bottom of the carboy?

Looks like it to me Your yeast is beginning to go through flocculation. Nothing to worry about.
