Default yeast finishing clean

What does this term mean exactly?

When somebody says a yeast has a "clean" profile. Or it is a clean yeast. For instance, when people refer to the US-05 yeast.

Describe this for me. Tastewise, or whatever it is meant.

Well, it would be fairly neutral in taste. You'd be getting more taste from your alcohol, your hops, and your grain bill. The yeast would impart very little flavor.

This would be as opposed to a strain like a Belgian or a Hefe, where there are plenty of notes that are directly contributed by the yeast.
