Well, it would be fairly neutral in taste. You'd be getting more taste from your alcohol, your hops, and your grain bill. The yeast would impart very little flavor.
This would be as opposed to a strain like a Belgian or a Hefe, where there are plenty of notes that are directly contributed by the yeast.
