Hello again. So this past weekend I bottled my hefeweizen. I just finished bottling and finally decided to clean out my carboy. I noticed the yeast cake on the bottom and make a quick split decision to see if I could try to save it. My parents jar tomato sauce so I ended up getting a jar and lid from their cupboard. I poured the whole yeast cake into the jar and stuck it in the fridge.
Now here is my question. I saved the yeast cake only because after reading so many threads on this forum I hear people say they always save their yeast cake when they can. Now that I have this yeast cake...what can I actually do with it? Thanks.
