Default Wort volume vs pre boil gravity.

Im currently half way through my first all grain and it is only a small batch 12litres into the fermenter my pre boil gravity is low but i have a pre boil volume of about 15.8 litres compared suggested by the program i used of 14.6 how much would that of effected my gravity?

How low?

I usually boil off 3.5L on my 10L batches so 15.8 would be good for getting down to 12.

Calculator here:
