Default Wit Recipe Question

I'm planning on trying my hand at a wit and found this recipe on beersmith.com

http://www.beersmith.com/Recipes2/recipe_367.htm

Is the "Flaked Wheat" that is listed in the recipe the same as this

It seems like that flaked wheat is used to help with head retention and adding body. Most things I've read seem to indicate that it's used in small amounts. So seeing this recipe use it as 50% of it's grain bill makes me wonder if I'm planning on buying the wrong thing.

Flaked wheat will convert as long as your base malt has sufficient diastatic power. With two row or pale malt, you would be able to convert up to about 60% flaked wheat. You could also substitute some wheat malt for the flaked wheat. You probably will want to add some rice hulls unless you are doing this batch BIAB because wheat lacks the hulls of barley and will tend to make a sticky mess that will want to clog when you try to drain your tun.
