Default wife wants smirnof ice clone
I know ,I know,.... But if I make her some wine coolers/malt beverages,,or anything sweet and fruity she will let me do more brewing....(she hates beer)

so where do I start?

I actually want to try one of those kits now that I posted that link lol I've never tried one but I knew about them.

I also want to try EdWort's Apfelwein which is really easy and sounds like it tastes amazing.

Someone needs to make this and carb in a keg and let us know how it turns out.

My friend makes those "Island Mist" kits, but bottles them (noncarbonated). I've tasted a few, and they are really good! Lower ABV, and kind of sweet, like a wine cooler. She made the mango symphony citrus at least a few times and we gave her a kit for her wedding- sauvignon blanc pear(?) kiwi(?) which was really good as well. They aren't really my thing, but sitting on her pool deck in the summer it was just the ticket.

I might just keg the froo-froo. It's a lot less work than bottling. If it sucks, I'm out twenty bucks. Reaching for the racking cane....
