& Tupperwolf. It's a small yeast packet. Not the giant wyeast ones. I think designed for 1, 2 gal batches. Not sure. Dosen't really tell me a lot on the package.

You need to know the OG (original gravity measured before adding yeast) and the FG (final gravity before bottling). Run those two numbers through a calculator like - http://www.rooftopbrew.net/abv.php to get your ABV.
