wheat malt extract mold (normal)?

I bought three beer kits from the local brew place in town over the last few months. Is it normal to find mold on the top of the malt extract? I have bought three 7lb batch containers and they all have had this mold on them. The mold is typically about 1/2" round and two to three spots were found. I just spooned this out and used it anyways figuring that it is normal?

Not good Fresh Extract shouldnt have mold id contact where you prchased them from asap and ask whats the deal.
