Default what's brewing this weekend?

We're brewing up some brewers best oatmeal stout tomorrow. Also trying some dunkelweiss for the first time that we brewed.

I have a question too..... I have a brewers best hopnog kit with the experimental hops. I probably won't brew it for about a month. Should I freeze the hops?

Vacuum seal + freezer is always best.

The BB oatmeal stout is a good one, but you have to be patient with it. Mine was really thin until it was in the bottle for a good while, but a longer primary would have helped too.

The hopnog hops will be fine in the freezer, mine were frozen for a month before I brewed with them, and the hops for dry hopping even longer. Seemed fresh when they came out of the freezer.
