Default What would you add?

I am participating in a local brewery's first "Wort Transformation" where they provide the wort and we take it home and add what we want. I was thinking of just some dry hopping to try and make a tasty IPA, but I would also like to know what some you might add to make it more interesting. That, and other than hops, I am not sure what I can add as I am fairly new to brewing.

Free wort? Hell, get crazy with it! If it turns out terrible, at least you didn't pay for it!

Toasted coconut, pineapple and mango. Tropical pale ale. Most of the people involved will go the ipa route...

This is intriguing. Thank you for the reply. I didn't know reboil was an option. So I guess I should treat it like prehopped liquid malt?
