1. Coconut and lightly toasted oak
2. Reboil, up IBU to around 80, toss some plain sugar in to dry it out and dryhop the SH!t out of it.
3. Fruit// Mango, Apricot, Peach, Tangerine Anything light colored and tart.
4. Add some apple juice before ferment to make a graff
5. Graff from #4 with any of 1,2,3 done also.
Man this is a great competition, wish i had something like this around me!!
Best part is 200gal of "transformation" coming back for everyone to sample!
