Default what recipe for my next brew
On tap: holiday spiced ale
Ipa
Cream ale
American coffee stout

In fermenters:
Coconut brown ale
Double ipa
Pale ale

I don't like belgians, like ipas stouts and porters....anyone have a true fat tire clone? Whats your favorite?

Looks like you have a pretty nice supply built up and coming. That's when I decide to jump into a big batch that can age for a while.

Probably not a bad idea. Wonder if my 10 gallon mash tun can do a nice beefy ris

Is it one of the tall 10 gallon cylinder shaped rubbermaid coolers? If so I just put 20 pounds of RIS in mine at 1.2qts/lb of grain. It was pretty maxed out pretty thick stirring. I accounted for a loss in efficiency and estimated 65% brewhouse efficiency. It ended up right around there.
