I wanted to make a cranberry wheat but I made a huge mistake and used
Safbrew WB-06 which gave it a distinct clove taste.
Right now I have the tartness from the cranberry on top of clove. Not a good mix at all.
I will be adding some cranberry extract when bottling and hopefully get boost some of the cranberry taste but I don't know. We'll see.
A neutral yeast would have been a better choice I think.
