Default What the heck did I brew?

I am new to brewing and I have been trying to do some small batches during these cold winter months - 1 gallon batchs I can do inside!

Additionaly I am using these small batches to perfect my brewing skills, but I have had mixed results! Under primed batches come out flat - over hoppped batchs smell like cat pee... but a few have worked out pretty well!

Trying to learn on small batches so as to avoid screwing up a bigger batch.

My question today is - WHAT DID I MAKE??????

I am curious what style this recipe sounds like to others.

BIAB (single pot)

started with 1.75 Gallons of water

Recipe Specs
Original Gravity
1.062 before yeast was pinched

Fermentables
Name Type SRM Percentage Amount
Pilsner Grain 1.7 44.44 % 0.58 Kg / 1.27 Lbs
Wheat Malt Grain 2.0 37.04 % 0.48 Kg / 1.06 Lbs
Aromatic Malt Grain 20.0 18.52 % 0.24 Kg / 0.53 Lbs

HopsName AA% Amount Use Time
Hallertau Tradition 5.7% 10.00 g / 0.35 oz Boil 70 mins
Willamette 7.1% 10.00 g / 0.35 oz Aroma 10 mins

MiscName Amount Use Time
Irish Moss 0.20 g / 0.01 oz Boil 15 mins

YeastName Attenuation
WLP029 - German Ale/Kolsch 75 %

I did a step mass infusion
125 F - 20 minutes
143 F - 30
163 F - 30
mash out 172

So does anyone have an opinion as to what this will tasted like?

Sorry, but this is too easy. You made beer. Ale to be more specific. It's up to you to call it whatever you want. If you're looking to see if it fits into a specific style, The BJCP Guidelines would be a good place to start.

okay I guess I asked for that one!-)

I am mainly very curious as to what it will taste like as I have been hit or missing with my first few batches. A month is along to wait for my results.

If you don't have patience then this is not the hobby for you.

You learn what to expect from different ingredients and amounts as you brew more. As for the month wait, that's nothing, many beers take longer, some a lot longer. I just brewed a Flanders red yesterday that will take maybe a year before it's ready to bottle. Maybe longer. That's an extreme, but most beers are going to take at least a month, longer if you're bottling. Patience is a pretty important part of beer making.

If I wanted patiences - I would be a Doctor

- but I want wait for the beer!

My brewing experience is a total of 6 all grain 1GL batchs
3 Brooklyn Brewing 1gl kits.
The next three were Single Malts - Pilzner only.

This is my first batch I experimented with multiple grains. So I yes I am a little anxious to see how this batch goes but I think I can handle the normal cycle. Pretty sure I will enjoy the hobby no worry!
