Default weird floating flakes

Its looks odd to me and I've never noticed it before. Anyone know what these floating pieces are?

Blurry pic, but it looks like yeast rafts and hop resins floating on top. Pretty normal, no worries.

Doesn't always happen, depends on the yeast and the beer itself, but I've had similar looking rafting on beers before.
