Just brewed a new batch and the theme meter was incorrect. I estimate the starting temp at pitch to be 90 degrees. Do you think I killed the yeast? Or am I okay?

I don't think that is hot enough to kill the yeast. But, get the temperature down as soon as you can. Fermenting hot leads to harsh alcohol flavors. Aim for the low to mid sixties. Remember that the process of fermentation will raise the temperature of the wort by 5-10 degrees.

Your yeast are fine, but like mentioned above, you want to get that temp down as quickly as possible. In addition to hot alcohols, too warm a fermentation can also produce excessive fruity esters (pear, apple, banana, and bubblegum flavors).
