Default Waiting!!!!!

Hey all just finished racking my 1st batch to glass carboy a brewers best american amber and my numbers are right on the money. I racked because I want to start another batch. I do believe you can just stay in primary though!! Tasted it a little bitter and cloudy but surprisingly good!! Seems like not a full 5 gallons though!! Thanks for all the info. A great site and am eager to brew another batch. Thinking of 7 days in carboy and then to bottling. Any suggestions as to clarifying the brew?.

I guess Tom Petty is right "The waiting is the hardest part"!!!!!!

Waiting is the hardest part, but the more you brew the easier that gets. Congrats on the first batch.

Just give it time. As it sits in carboy you will be able to see it clear over a couple of weeks.
