I figured what the heck and too a swig from this airlock of my Belgian Dubbel... Fruity banana... Some other subtle weird flavors. Not to bad. It may become a habit....
Hehe.. I actually use moonshine in mine.. I got tired of the starsan bubbling out the top of it all over the place when the initial fermentation starts taking off.
I won't shoot it, but can't say the idea of doing so didn't cross my mind.
