Default Thanks for the help :D

so my first batch is in bottles, and the hydrometer sample tasted pretty good for flat warm beer. 3 weeks cant come any sooner . Now to figure out what I am going to brew next.

I'd suggest a triple imperial stout, aged in a bourbon cask!

I'm only teasing, of course. What did you brew for your first batch? I'm a big fan of a witbier, a bitter, or a cream ale for summertime brewing.

Remember that you will want to share your bounty. Keep in mind the taste-buds of your friends/family and maybe brew something more for them than for you.

Can't go wrong with a blonde, cream ale, english pale ale. The amber is a good idea if you keep the flavor more mainstream than extreme.
