Default Thanks to everyone

Thanks for an awesome site and all who contribute. After reading hundreds ( probably more) of pages on everything from carboys to kegs, I just finished my first brew.

Overall I think it went well. I started off with a light ale as recommended for my first brew. My starting gravity was pretty much on target at 1.041 which was supposed to be 1.042 but I guess that's not an issue at this point. Now I gotta watch and wait until the next step!

Thanks guys!

Signed,
Veteran Newbie

Being off by that small a margin is essentially hitting your target gravity as it is well within the margin of error for measurement. Congrats! Seems like you're off to a great and promising start!
