Did my second AG this am and thought everything went like a charm on a Brown Ale kit from Midwest supply. Hit temps/numbers etc but tasted the SG sample and I hope I havent invested 6.3 Trillion dollars into this hobby for nothing. Wow -- this stuff was very hoppy/sharp flavor -- is that just green beer status post 20 minute earlier Fuggle hop addition and will it mellow out or did I do something seriously wrong in the process?? hellp, thanks, doc

I always taste my SG samples and they are always a bit hoppy, it will mellow out after fermentation and aging.

6.3 Trillion investment for GOOD BEER, sounds good to me
