Default Taking FG of already carbonated beer?
So I kegged my Stone IPA clone a week ago and forgot to take a FG.

Can I sit a hydro sample overnight to let the co2 dissipate and take the FG then?

doesn't need to sit overnight; you can do that but I would just put it in a bottle and shake the crap out of it a few times and then take the reading. either way, you just need to degas it.
