Default suggestions for 2nd batch?

Hey guys, I made my 1st beer last weekend, Brewer's Best American IPA extract kit w/ special grains, and after reading lots of posts on this forum, I'm going to skip racking to a secondary (glass carboy) and instead brew a second batch to primary in the carboy. This, of course, in a effort to build-up my pipeline.

I'm going to brew this weekend, and I'm trying to decide what to make and I could use some advice. I'm a fan of lighter European beers like Duvel...fell in love with it while on vaca in Amsterdam. I never buy it 'cause it's too expensive...given the quantities I typically require, I force myself to buy cheaper imported beer like Corona. I splurged this past weekend and bought some high-end beer. One of which was Delerium Tremens which was delicious. I also like Paulaner and Dinkelacker. Beers that have plenty of flavor and a good amount of ABV, but you can put a bunch away without the flavor being over-barring, which I experience with heavier beers. Also, I'll be able to let the second batch sit for a while since I'll have my first on tap.

Given that, any suggestions for my second batch? I'm still at the extract level I think, but I hope to change that after a few batches. Thanks a lot!

I think I'm going to do the Brewer's Best Belgian Tripel. Pretty sure my LHBS will have it. I'm pretty sure that's the style I'm looking for although I don't think I've ever had a Belgian Tripel before. Can't wait!!
