A success and questions

I cracked open the first test bottle of my first real all grain full boil brew tonight. I bottled it last month and forgot to write down exactly when . It had a nice "pssssst" when I opened it and had a decent ( not great not bad) head that it held the entire glass. VERY smooth with NO bitter after bite so my BMC drinkin friends will like it ( why I made it) .....So I am happy over all.
I did notice that warm in the bottle it is as clear almost as water...cold in the bottle and in the glass it is hazy. I assume this is the dreaded chill haze I read about. I am not overly concerned as it tasted really ( it is the centenniel blond recipe) good but could have looked better. I understand that a whirlfloc tab can help prevent this. My chill time is usually under 15 minutes so I think THAT is a non issue?.............
I have a barleywine that has been in primary for 10 days. I am going to secondary it but with a bigger beer such as this should I wait longer before going to secondary or should I treat it as the rest...primary until fermentation is done and gravity is steady for a few days.....secondary for a couple of weeks then bottle?
