I'm an idiot and didn't use a blow off valve for my delrium clone. The stopper blew off while I was at work, foamed over. Am I screwed for contamination?
No. Shove a hose in the hole and make a blow off. It'll be fine.

If my whole lid blew off, should I consider myself just as lucky regarding contamination?
Yes, as long as it was still fermenting pretty actively when/if you get the lid back on. If it was off a while it might become more flavorful due to less pressure on the yeast.
