Brewed a Belgium wit and transferred into primary on November 9th. Took a gravity reading on the 18th of November which was 1.016. Took another reading today which was 1.014.
I used Wyeast 3944. It still has a small head of krausen. It tasted good slightly spicy. Slainte

sounds good! will probably be done soon, my red I just bottled coasted down 2 pts over the last week. (I tend to primary for 3 weeks then bottle)
