Default Spumoni Stout - Brew day tomorrow.

So despite a lack of available resources and information on how to go about making a Spumoni stout, I'm gonna give it a 1 gal test run tomorrow. I have not brewed a stout before, so I'm hoping someone can give me feedback on my hop schedule and grain (steep) bill. Obviously this does not include the Pistachio, Cherry, and vanilla. Thanks in advance!

1 lb Munich LME
.5 lb Brown sugar (light)
1 lb flaked barley
.5 lb roasted barley

.5 oz Willamette at 60 minutes

Not sure of yeast, will get whatever brew-dude suggests tomorrow, so suggestions welcome here.
