Default Split Batch?

I got a brand new keggle pot a few weeks ago. So I've decided to make my first 10.5 gallon batch.

I wasn't sure of the logistics, and I have made several all grain 5 gallon batches so I figure things should be pretty much the same here except I have two fermenters to fill and more beer.

I opted to make two different styles of beer from the same batch.

Beer Alpha is going to be a classic american wheat beer with klosch yeast.

Beer Beta is going to be a raspberry wheat (a request) with S-05

I was just going to mash as usual, boil, then put 5.25g in one fermenter and 5.25g in the other. I've already got the yeast on the stir plate, I'll rehydrate s-05 and I'll rack the dry yeast one onto raspberry puree' a bit later.

Anyone out there, who has done a split batch like this have any pointers?

Bottled: Golden Strong, Mild, IIPA, Rauch
Fermenting: Saison, Imperial Wheat Stout, Brett Saison, APA, Brett Roggenbier
