Default sparkling apple juice -

First of all, , flag at will!

Secondly, since I have all the equipments for beer and my wife suggests making something non-alcohol bev. Is sparkling apple cider or juice easy to make? Should it be just apple juice in a keg and carb. it to 30 psi for couple days?

I have no clue... I think that might work...
Might want to try over in the wine section...

I would think that if you did as you explained it would work... Maybe even use apple juice. But Don't hold me to it!

Yes it will work just fine, but 30 psi is too high 12-15 is enough.
