Do I add Irish moss directly into wort or does it go into nylon bag where I have the hops?
Yes, you add it to the wort with 15 minutes left in the boil.
It'll collect protiens and sink to the bottom. When you rack, whirlpool first and siphon from the edge. If you get some transfer to your fermenter, it'll settle out there too.
