Default So 3 days...

That's all it took to make great beer. Maybe I'm a little biased but I tasted my wheat beer after 72 hours of fermentation and it really tasted great. Crazy

And if you let it ferment properly for a couple of weeks it will be even better.

It's true that you can technically make beer in a short amount of time, since by definition beer is just a result of the fermentation of malted barely, water, and hops, and that can be achieved in a few short days. But much more is going on inside the beer even after that basic process is complete and it will just get even better with some time.

Hopefully this turns out to be as great as it tastes now when it's carbed and ready!

Let me guess... your favorite beer before brewing your own was Budweiser?
