Recipes 

I was wondering if anyone had a simple pale ale? I just started brewing beer and have only done two 5 gallon brews so far (a fat tire clone and a terrapin rye pale ale clone) (I only have a partial mash operation).

Suggestions would be awesome as to an easy and affordable pale ale (or your favorite) staple beer.

2oz. Fuggles
.5 oz Hallertau

60 min. boil of extracts

50 min. 1oz addition of fuggles
30 min. 1oz addition fo fuggles
DH 7days before bottling .5 oz hallertau.

FG 1.010
