So I've got a couple batches that have been conditioning in my bedroom for a while, and the temp control isn't exactly the greatest. I'm getting to bottle them, but am afraid I may have freaked out the yeasties by getting too hot (high 70/low 80s) and too cold (mid 50s.) They've been there for a couple months. Whad'ya think??

While not ideal, if you had a fairly consistent temerature the first couple of days you should be mostly ok. You may get a little hot alcohol or tannin flavors from warm fermentation. You would probably get more/better information if you provide your recipe.

Regardless, you should not need to repitch. There should be plenty of suspended yeast for bottle carbing though it may take 2-3 weeks.
